Greg Slagle – Co-Founder/Director/Editor/Writer
After graduating film school from The New School, Greg worked with some of the best of the best in NYC, including R/GA, Trollback & Co., Gretel, Thornberg & Forester, Ramon & Pedro, Sony Music, and Click 3x, to name a few. In 1999 he founded Kinetiscope with Mark Hammer after receiving a commitment from Sony VAIO where they went on to create numerous award-winning pieces. Greg is also an award-winning director for the films The Windermere Guest, The Projectionist, and La Ofrenda. As a commercial director he has directed spots for Sony, Domino's, AMC, Dr. Praeger's and Century 21 to name a few. He has also won awards for his work as an editor – working in commercials (AMEX, HBO, NBC, AMC, A&E), films (1956, The Problem with Gravity, The Windermere Guest) and music videos (Los Invisibles Amigos, Sage Francis, Death Cab for Cutie).
Greg has also created projections for Broadway, receiving raves reviews (New York Times, Curtain Up, Talking Broadway) and more recently on See What I Want to See in Seoul, Korea.
He currently in pre-production on his next film, A Girl From Fujian.
